Inspired by Lucienne Day’s iconic textile design, “Dandelion Clocks,” the Lucienne Flushmount has a distinctive focus on clean and simple lines. Designed by Blueprint’s Chief Luminary, Kelly Aaron, she created this piece to evoke a three-dimensional iteration of the geometrical yet botanical look of Day’s textile designs. Composed of satin opal blown glass shades and a matte black finished frame, this luxurious piece of design was made in the USA and was meant to elevate the illumination experience to another level of luxe.
Blueprint Lighting is a New York City-based design company founded in 2016 by co-founder Kelly Aaron. With over 20 years of experience, Kelly Aaron brings her knowledge to the company, offering a variety of enamel color offerings, metal finishes and patinas to their selection of hand-crafted modern fixtures.
