Great light at a good price
I replaced some very expensive Lightolier track lights with these, and added an LED bulb also. They work great, and installed no problem on the 7 yr old Lightolier track. I ordered my own LED lights and just bought the non LED version of this (the LED version is just the same one with a different bulb). They are much cooler temperature wise. The old halogens left burn marks on the ceiling. Also, make sure you buy the "warm" light LEDs - usually 2700k temperature. YLighting support answered my questions easily over email. Will buy these again, and from YLighting.
Excellent working light for the artist.
The Model 808 Low Voltage Track Lighting: Marvelous light for concentrated efforts during artistic endeavors, such as reading music. Reminiscent of pure concentrated day light. No noise. Recommend 50 watt bulbs.
5 Star Review
The product that was purchased was for a business and has worked well!
Low Voltage Track Lighting
We had put low voltage track lighting in our home about 12 years ago. When 2 of the heads burned out I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to duplicate them. After an extensive search on the internet, I was relieved to find them at Y Lighting. Their price was reasonable and the items arrived as expected within a short period of time. I would use Y Lighting again.
Happy with this purchase
A light on the track in our kitchen broke and we needed to replace it. We are not professionals and needed to do some research to figure out what was the proper item to order to match the others, but once we did the research (looking at the labels on the broken one) it was fairly clear from the website what we should get. The light came quickly, it was relatively easy to install (even for non-prefessionals), and has worked perfectly well. Seems exoensive to me but I don't have much experience in this area.
