nice, minimalist track lighting for a loft space. beware of
finding cool track lighting is difficult. most are super 80s in styling. we searched and searched around in bay area stores, but ended up online at YLighting, and really like the scale and materials of these. the price was also competitive/good. we are using them in a modern loft space, so they fit the right aesthetic. one minor complaint: the bulbs that come with them cast an infortunate rainbow shadow cast overhead. i am not sure if we can swap them out somehow, but it will be worth investigating.
OK, but leaks light
This is a good fixture for the money, but one thing I wasn't aware of is that it leaks money out the back end, due to the very simple housing (or lack of). If you don't mind that, it's great. If you do (our ceiling is not something I want to splash light on) it's a problem. So just be aware. Otherwise, it's well made.
A Nice Light and Fixture
A great light for use when lighting artwork.
Sleek look and elegant lighting
This product -- with the corresponding track -- provides a sleek, industrial look in a home office/converted garage. Elegant and polished. The lights are easily adjustable.
Exactly what I was looking for
I needed to add a few more lights to an existing track system and this product worked great.
