The Pablo LIM Optical Floor Task Lamp was designed by Pablo Pardo to be as fun to use as it is to look at. It features a revolutionary, ultra-thin curved arm that can be attached and moved to anywhere on its base via a magnet. The arm houses a high-powered LED array, creating brilliant full range task lighting with optical dimming. Additional arms can be incorporated to create a singular lighting solution.

I really liked the minimal profile. The lamp is well made and fairly priced. We bought it to place at the end of a sofa. We just had a hard time angling it to be in a position where it wasn't over us and the light bright in our eyes.

I've had to bend the "right angle" to actually make it a right angle. And the part that attaches to the base is cut at a slight angle, such that the lamp does not stand straight. Very disappointing for such an elegant design.

Bought it in brushed silver. The unobtrusive floor lamp is elegant and very modern. Sturdy and easily assembled. Situated in the middle of the room with no walls nearby, it gives plenty of light for reading beside lounge chair or sectional. Like it so much that I'm ordering another one!!

Born in Venezuela, Pablo Pardo came to the US in the early 1980s and stayed. After getting his degree in industrial design from the University of Cincinnati in 1986, he designed for companies ranging from Fisher Price to Daimler Chrysler before settling in San Francisco. There he founded Pablo Designs in 1993, a lighting company specializing in refined designs that reinterpret light in its many forms.
