Jhonelle Outdoor Dining Table

This product was ordered and paid for in July. I received notification that the order had been shipped and was given a Purolator tracking number. After a number of attempts over a period of a week the shipment was not showing up in their tracking system. August 18th I contacted Customer Service and was informed it didn't ship by Purolator but by Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery and I should wait a couple of days as they would be calling to schedule delivery. After a couple of days I checked the status of the order and it showed that it had been delivered and signed for by me. I spoke to another Customer Service agent to point out that I live in British Columbia, Canada and the order was delivered to an address in Ontario, California. The agent agreed that the address it was purportedly delivered to was not the correct address and they would follow up with their agent responsible for shipping. This is the first time I have dealt with Lumens and needless to say I am unimpressed. If I ever receive the table I will leave a review for it.
