Comments about Hightower Buffet Lamp

I've purchased many lamps from Uttermost over the years and have been very happy with them. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for this one. It's defective and is crooked. I'm working with customer service to try to get a replacement but it's turning into an unreasonably long process for reasons unknown to me.
