Graceful in silhouette, the Heron Table Lamp from CTO Lighting focuses on its target like the sharp beak of the fishing Heron bird. Creator Michael Verheyden brings a caring, thoughtful design approach to the piece. This approach ties into the calculated movements of the water-hovering heron bird. The heron’s long neck and mobile head are represented by an L-shaped stem and an adjustable lamp head in the piece. These tubular elements stay secure with help from the weighty yet low-profile base. The unified metal construction enhances the piece’s sculptural effect. This sculptural silhouette stands out as the lamp head produces a stream of clean light.

CTO Lighting

CTO Lighting is a London-based brand that was first launched in 1997 by Chris and Clare Turner. Embodying both quality and luxury, Chris and Clare combined their material, technical and industry knowledge as an engineer and fashion designer, respectively, to become the ideal creative team for envisioning their contemporary line of lighting. In 2016, CTO Lighting celebrated nearly 20 years in business and opened its first store in London, England. With its new showroom and collaborations with leading designers, CTO Lighting has established itself as a leading producer of fine lighting designs.
