Very disappointing. The item that arrived was nothing like what was pictured. I understand that cowhide is natural and each rug will be different, but there was little brown color in the rug at all and it appeared extremely yellow. When we requested a return and reshipment as we believed we may have received the incorrect rug, we were denied by the manufacturer.
