- SUNPAN concrete is made from natural materials and is sealed with a protective wax. Clean with mild soap and water only and avoid abrasive, bleach based, ammoniated, or citrus cleaners. Re wax every three to six months to maintain protection. Wipe spills promptly, especially oils and acids, use coasters and trivets, avoid heat and adhesives, and expect natural wear. Outdoor pieces should be kept in covered areas and protected during extreme or cold weather.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
