We try to support American manufacturers/factory workers whenever we can. Even though the Big Ass Haiku L ceiling fan was outside the budget we had set for a fan purchase, the fact that the Big Ass Haiku L ceiling fan was shown on the Lumens website as "Made in USA" was the deciding factor to go ahead and make the purchase. Imagine our surprise when we received the fan and it is a "Product of Malaysia." Unacceptable false advertising. Photos are attached of the website and the fan package. To add insult to injury, we have to pay the return shipping for the fan per Lumens policy. This is the last time we deal with this company.
