The Big Ass Fan is excellent and we own 7 of them around the house, barn and shop ...as good as AC on a lot of days here in Maine. Best air distribution extremely quiet , well balanced. However, Lumens offered a 10% discount, and a 30 day price protection plan. Within a few days, their sale went to 15%, so I asked 4 times via email for the 5% difference....zero response....zero. So, here is my review, great fan...best in the business, Lumens however does not live up to their word.

Simple well designed product which is much easier to keep clean that "traditional" ceiling fans. Excellent product that was promptly delivered. I've bought multiple products from Lumens over recent years and always had a good experience.

Bought this fan for both our guest room and our master room because we love the look so much. We like that it can be adjusted with out smart home controls and also through alexa. Definitely my favorite interior fan. #sweepstakes
