Spend your money once and get great finishes, great brightwork, and nice tech extras like a built-in swivel in the ceiling mount to allow the pendant to safely sway.

Used 3 of these fixtures above my 12 foot island. They give my new kitchen a contemporary vibe for very little money.

Gorgeous pendants!

We just renovated a beautiful high-end Mid-Century Modern Home and put these pendants over the kitchen island. They are absolutely perfect for the space! I was concerned they might be too 'industrial' but they definitely are not, I think they could easily go in an industrial room, but they look stylish and beautiful in our kitchen.

George Kovacs

George Kovacs was born 1926 in Vienna, Austria. After moving to the US, Kovacs was enticed in 1954 to market J.T. Kalmar lamps. Inspired by the success of that endeavor--and the observed popularity of such contemporary lighting--Kovacs expanded his lighting import and design business (with locations throughout New York).
