Bought "low end" got "high end"

I was flipping a condo and bought the large Grid - the picture doesn't do the fixtures justice. They were great looking - clean, modern, industrial style. I especially love the light it cast through the grid openings. My first choice was 3X more expensive - but I ended up liking the Grid better. Putting them in my own place now.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Bought 3 of these pendant lights for the bathroom. They are not cheap looking at all. Excellent value for the money. Modern and simple styling.

the pendent is great but is a bit expensive. Materials look great. Be careful in choosing a bulb as the shape of the bulb is very evident through the perforated metal. A standard CFL looked very ugly in this cool fixture and I opted to use an LED fixture instead. I like that it has a hanging rod that is a hollow tube instead of a wire or a rope like hanging device that cannot be straightened out.

Kovacs Grid II Pendant Lamp

This pendant lamp is more "industrial" looking than I had imagined. It is a very modern design and somewhat bulky-looking when not turned on. However, when lit it changes its nature entirely and looks almost ethereal. We settled on a 40 watt appliance bulb which perfectly centers the amazing "hourglass" glow that this lamp produces. We have three of these over our bar area and have them on a dimmer and when turned low they have the appearance of candle glow. One con: the round hanging ball is black plastic not chrome as pictured.
