really happy
I agonized over whether to get the Glo-Ball or spend more money and get the Dioscuri by Artemide, but I am really happy I decided to go with this one. The quality is exceptional, and although I was worried about it being too small or the white chord looking tacky, it is proving to be the greatest bedside lamp ever. I look forward to going to bed each night just so I can turn it on :) It also gives off a surprisingly bright light - bright enough for reading without lighting up the whole room.
Cool and always relevant
The mini glo ball is a great source of accent lighting that also creates a modern and clean look to any design. It's best to find an area, either floor or table, where it can be illuminated without needing to be turned off. I found out turning it off and on burned out the bulb within a month but if let on it's good for 4-5 months.
Fabulous lights
I recently received my FLOS Glo-Ball table lamps and I am very impressed with the quality and finish. The lights are a wonderful accents and work well with my modern furniture. Ylighting was delightful to work with.
The perfect little lamp, with The perfect amount of light.
We bought a pair of these lamps to sit on a wall shelf. They are subtle yet well designed orbs. They sit nicely against other objects and cast a nice and soft light in the room due to the matte finish. We nightgown back and get another one!
Beautiful Lamp
I bought this as a light for a corner table which holds a large bowl and it got completely lost (yeah I know, it's refered to as "mini" for a reason). However, I then began to think of it not just as lighting but as sculpture. I moved it to a different space, incorporated it into the items displayed and it came to life. It looks beautiful and beautifully illuminates a formerly dark area. My only complaint, no dimmer and the bulb is a bit harsh (and I can't find a smaller wattage). I'll be having it fit with a dimmer.
