The Freja Stool by Stellar Works is a minimal yet sculptural design from Space Copenhagen, a multi-disciplinary studio known for balancing and juxtaposing opposites in an artful, cohesive way. Created with the aim to bring the soothing feel of Scandinavian furniture and its traditional principles together with a Japanese mode of expression, this barstool pairs a simple silhouette with beautiful materials. A leather seat, curved just so to create a comfortable spot to perch, is held up by a solid wooden frame with angled, tapered legs and crossbars, making it easy to find a footrest and move this stool wherever it is needed most.

Stellar Works specializes in timeless furniture and Lighting pieces inspired by cultural craftsmanship and design movements throughout the 20th century. Each concept is developed and crafted in their Shanghai factory, working closely with artisans to blend Eastern and Western cultures and create a truly unique and modern piece of furniture.
