Fontana 1853 Table Lamp

I ordered the item on January 6th, 24. Received the item on January 15th, 24. When we went to install the lamp, the lamp wasn't working. The light bulb doesn't turn on even when we tried to use different ones. We contact Lumens through email, website and they contacted the vendor. We were advised to read the manual (ridiculous because installing this lamp is so easy), replace light bulbs (that it was checked or otherwise, I would think that was the light bulb that was not working and not the lamp) and they requested a video from to document the installation process ( that I had to sent it few times because they couldn't open the file). I understand that they have a guideline and protocol to check that we are telling the true and that there is a problem with the product but it has being 2 weeks now that I received the lamp and it is not working. The customer service is very direct and cold and seems to be careless with the customer issue. It is like if they just forward the messages between customers and vendors. I just want to be able to return this lamp and receive my money back or other lamp that is working. Now on January 29th, 2024, my living room table is empty and this side of the room is dark. It is a very disappointed and unpleasant experience with Lumens and FontanaArte. Mainly, if you consider that places that work with lamps more affordable would have solved this problem as fast as possible. After all, it was solved, I was refunded and I could keep the broken lamp to get it fixed to be used. Kare was very patient, friendly and attentive.
