I bought it a month ago and it works perfectly as air circulator. Unlike the regular fan, it doesn't blow air directly on your face but it speeds up the air circulation which cools down the area. You can choose the strength of power which is on a continuous magnitude. Even I put it at the strongest level, the noise level is still acceptable to me.
