The Emerging Face Wall Sculpture from Phillips Collection draws from the Cycladic civilization's ancient sculptural tradition and reinterprets it with a contemporary sensibility. Cast in resin, the abstract face appears to emerge from the surface in a quiet, arresting way, and the resin casting lets each organic contour read clearly from across the room. It works as a solo wall statement or grouped with other coordinated pieces for a composed wall installation.
