Kudos to Lumens for great customer service - however, they are continuing to carry a product from Matteo Lighting that is known to be faulty. We ordered four of the Plato LED Flushmount made by Matteo lighting and were impressed by the look and feel of the product. Looks aside - we've had to replace one of the largest fixtures twice - both having issues with their LED panel. Matteo Lighting warehouse confirmed that the product is problematic (they are processing a return for one of the purchased lights). Will never buy Matteo again - and surprised that Lumens continues to carry a product with known issues.

Bought 4 of these. 2 of them look great and work fine. The other two flicker. Electrician has checked wiring twice and we're now buying new lights. Its a pity. And a waste of money.

Bought 3 of these lights to replace out dated hall lights that were not bright enough. This light is super bright and nice looking without standing out too much. It gives off a very bright, white light which is perfect for a hallway or closet. Easy to install.
