The Cresson Pendant from Uttermost, designed by Sergio Orozco Designs, wraps a hardback linen shade around an architectural beam detail. Below, a faux alabaster diffuser softens four Edison sockets, each rated up to 60 watts. Installation stays flexible, with 15 feet of wire and a set of stems (three at 12 inches and one at 6) to adjust the height over a dining table or kitchen island. A short rod also allows a semi-flush mount in rooms with lower ceilings.

Uttermost

The Uttermost venture started in 1975 when Bob and Belle Cooper opened shop in Rocky Mountain, Virginia, largely as a manufacturer of mirrors. Still family owned, Uttermost has expanded to include many more lighting fixtures in their line and has a branch in Riverside, California as well as a strong working relationship with their employees in Guanxi, China.
