Substances that damage the bluestone include alcohol, alkaline or acidic liquids such as juice, vinegars, and ammonia. Use coasters to protect surface from liquids - wipe up spills immediately. Do not expose to excessive heat. Handle with care - marble countertops are prone to scratches. If you chip your bluestone, contact a professional stone repair service. Use a soft, dry cloth to dust the concrete. Clean spills as soon as possible with a mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, furniture polish or acidic cleaners as they can damage the concrete surface. Cover or store outdoor items indoors, away from the elements.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
