The Charleston Floor Lamp from Jamie Young Co. strikes a transitional balance with bold, architectural lines and a long, exposed neck. The neck rises from a slim, tapering column set on a cross-shaped base of four rounded feet, while a gently curved cone shade softens the look. Artisans craft the frame from mango wood with a soft, natural finish, and the brass neck, linen shade, and quartz finial complete the piece. Its tall stance and 3-way switch suit a reading corner or a spot beside the bed.

Jamie Young Co.

In 1997, Jamie Young Jeter and her husband David Jeter took a day trip to Mexico and returned with a car full of flower pots. After selling the lot to a local florist, they realized the market for unique garden pots was wide open and began to produce them. As they tinkered with designs, they realized the pots would make interesting lamp bases, and the Jamie Young Company was born.
