I recently purchased two ghost stools in dusty grey and could not be more pleased. Modern and sophisticated stools that float in the room. Very pleased with style, look and comfortable too.

The Ghost Stool is indeed a pricy piece of furniture, but it is something that I will keep for many years! It's transparent nature really added to the openness of my kitchen while providing much needed seating for my island. Highly recommended; Lumens customer service is also fantastic.

Kartell

Based in Milan, Italy, Kartell was founded in 1949 by chemical engineer Giulio Castelli and his wife, architect Anna Castelli. Originally a producer of car accessories, it was Kartell's experimentation in plastics for the home that made them famous. Stylish home accessories and lighting dominated the 1950s, with the first injection-molded furniture emerging in the 1960s. Since then, the Kartell modern furniture line has only continued to grow, including contemporary chairs, tables, sofas and more--all made out of durable, lightweight and surprisingly comfortable plastic.
