Bel Occhio Pendant Light = AMAZING!
While this pendant looked cool on the site, it was absolutely stunning in-person and exactly the statement that my wife and I were looking for.
Some assembly required
The fixture has a subtle but attractive gradient lighting that is great. However, two things should be noted. 1) Installation might require some Macgyver skills. The cover plate that will cover the junction box for a ceiling mount application comes with no means of attachment out of the box. None. Zilch. Nada. With that said, buy some magnets to attach the cover plate to your junction box and you'll have a really clean install. 2) Bulb size is important. If you try to fit a larger bulb, and force in the focusing lens, the retaining clips that hold the lens in place can and will cut the polyclinic housing.
Pablo Designs
Born in Venezuela, Pablo Pardo came to the US in the early 1980s and stayed. After getting his degree in industrial design from the University of Cincinnati in 1986, he designed for companies ranging from Fisher Price to Daimler Chrysler before settling in San Francisco. There he founded Pablo Designs in 1993, a lighting company specializing in refined designs that reinterpret light in its many forms.
