- Sunset West uses premium Sunbrella® (solution dyed acrylic fabric). It is recommended to clean the fabrics on a regular basis to prevent the build-up of dirt and the chance of mildew to form. Wipe light spills with a clean, dry cloth. With regards to stubborn stains or spills, please visit www.sunbrella.com for specific care and cleaning details. Cover your outdoor cushions with outdoor covers (sold separately) when left outside during inclement weather, and when not in use. Allow cushions to drain if wet. If soaked through, stand cushion on its side to allow faster draining. Ensure cushions are dry when covered, store cushions separately. Clean sling fabric using a mild soap and warm water solution and soft cloth.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.

Go to your order →Once approved, we'll email you a shipping label. Simply print, attach to the box and drop off at your local UPS store.
Note: Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
