This rating is based more on my overall experience than the product itself. The pendant lights are well-built but look dull to me, which was disappointing after a seven-week wait. I also didn't like the thin hanging cords, so I decided to return them after a quick inspection. Then an accident happened. The heaviest part of the shade fell through the bottom of the foam packaging and shattered when I lifted it off the kitchen counter. While all other parts were securely held in foam with a bottom, this crucial piece was placed in a hollow space and prone to damage. I've attached photos to show what happened. When I reached out to customer service, I was told I could only replace the broken piece, not return the product. However, I have no intention of keeping an item that broke due to poor packaging—something I am not responsible for. I hope Lumens takes ownership of this issue promptly (without another seven-week wait) and addresses the packaging defect with the manufacturer. My entire kitchen renovation has been delayed waiting for these final pendant lights to be installed.
