Comments about Ark 40 Freestanding Fire Table
This review is for the liquid propane version of Ark 40. Manufacturer claims it lasts at least 7 hours at 65,000 BTU, which requires a 20 lb tank. It has less than 11.5" of clearance for the tank, so at most it will fit a 3 lb tank which lasts only 1 hour. The included docs, videos, schematics are unclear about this and you'll never find them describing this because it's a big lie. Moreover, the burner hardware is poorly designed so it's hard to remove it plus the charcoal glass every hour to replace the tank. Also the pictures only show the ethanol version, which is misleading. The NG/LP version has a much uglier burner top with bad welding marks all over it.
