Lumens shipped the wrong color light to me. 100% their fault. Rather than quickly shipping out a replacement, they had me submit photos that they didn't classify as " reviewed" until I had to call and remind them. It will soon be two weeks since I received the wrong color way- no apology, no " very sorry for the trouble", just " we are still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer." When asked how much longer I need to wait, no answer is given.
