Key Features
A true gem. Inspired by jewelry design, the WELLES Glass Single Wall Sconce from Gabriel Scott hangs gracefully from your wall like a precious earring. The sconce helps give key architectural features a strong yet sophisticated character. This duality is further explored by Gabriel Scott with an emphasis on masculine and feminine features. Handsome metal mounting hardware underlines the sconce's masculine side. The eyes instantly lock onto the chic, gem-like silhouette of the shade. Artisans craft the shade by blowing glass into a geometric mold. When turned on, every corner of the piece is touched by crisp highlights. The outpouring light creates a warm, inviting ambiance.
Formed by Canadian brothers-in-law Gabriel Kakon and Scott Richler in 2012, Gabriel Scott designs and produces sculptural modern pendants, chandeliers and wall sconces inspired by jewelry. Often combining blown molded glass, marble and steel, each fixture is expertly handcrafted from their Montreal studio.
