This is the second controller sent to me that will not pair with fan. I will never buy a Hunter product again.

The remote is simple to connect. We called technical support to make sure we connected it to two fans on our porch.

Once I called customer service and got some help with pairing this remote to my fan it worked great! The customer service representative was very professional and patient. I really appreciate the Hunter Fan quality of all thier products.

Hunter Fans

In 1886, the foundation for Hunter Fans was laid when John Hunter and his son, John C. Hunter, engineered the first water-driven ceiling fan for Tuerk Water Meter Co. in Syracuse, NY. By 1896, they had acquired Tuerk company, transforming it into the Hunter Fan & Motor Co. and launching the AC-powered Tuerk Type A fan in Fulton, NY. Over the years, Hunter expanded its product line to include oscillating desk fans, pedestal fans, attic fans, air conditioning units, air purifiers, humidifiers and even decorative lighting.
