I purchased this product about five weeks ago and needed to return it as I ordered the wrong type of fixture. I was initially upset at the amount of the return charge postage. But what else could I do? After a couple of weeks I provided feedback That I was displeased. I was astonished that they found an error and refunded the majority of my return postage fees. I never expected that to happen. No company has ever done that for me for any return at all. Kudos Lumens!
