Even on the highest setting the fan blades, barely spin. Lumens sent me a replacement and the new fan still spins just as slowly. Very disappointed.

Back in 1965, Jacob Sperling came to Los Angeles to study aeronautical engineering. Inspired by a job working for a lighting retailer, he turned his mechanical skills to the manufacture of lighting fixtures, building them in his garage and selling them out of his station wagon. In 1970, he brought brother Zvi on to help, and Maxim Lighting was born.
