TRANSOM Window Fan

Being able to draw fresh air in, close the window and exhaust without moving the fan or opening or closing the window has proven to be a useful feature! I wish the hard plastic pieces intended to "fit" the fan to the frame were a softer, compliant material as that would be more help. We ended up cutting a piece of foam to provide a better seal.

This fan works very very well. It is quite quiet and very powerful. I installed it vertically because my windows slide horizontally and it works just fine. Love the product really helps me draw in the cold air from my air conditioner in the other room to my bedroom.

Love the design. Fit the window well. Reasonable price. Runs quietly

I had been looking for something like this for a long time and found this by accident on another site other than vornado. It was a great price and works great; it keeps the room cool. I loved that fact that I was also able to order extra window extenders at the same time considering the window I am using the fan in is larger than normal.

I have several Vornado for work and home so wanted to give this one a try! I like style but must say disappointed with foam pieces - wish it was like other fans and must say the power of air flow not that powerful and no way to adjust air flow It basically blows down! Needless to say I'm Giving it a chance for a couple days but don't think I'm keeping as to many minuses Please Vornado step up with these issues Speed and the ability to Direct how airflow goes among those foam Pieces
