The TR31 Table Lamp from Tom Rossau adds a warm, welcoming presence to indoor settings. A gauzy translucent nonwoven shade features gentle curves and smooth lines that drew inspiration from Rossau’s childhood years in the Odsherred region of Denmark, rich with curving hills and magical light. A slim interior frame keeps the shade’s form, while each element of the shade is assembled by hand in Denmark, creating a memorable mix of light and shadow around the lamp.

Tom Rossau

Tom Rossau's fascination with light and form began in his workshop in Denmark, amidst playful experiments with wooden slats. His designs uniquely explore the interplay of geometry, materials, and illumination, transforming lamps into captivating sculptures when lit. From humble experiments in shape and pressure to a globally admired design studio established in 2012 on Frederiksberg Allé, Tom Rossau continues to innovate, driven by curiosity and a passion for craftsmanship.
