Beautiful but lights do not work

Submitted 2 months ago

This fixture is beautiful, but I am having the same issue as another customer in that two of the four lights will not work with any other blub. I've replaced with different brands of bulbs and they go out within hours and I'm left with only two working bulbs. Lumens was very helpful in sending a replacement but the new one has the same issue.

We purchased for our bathroom due to it being appropriate for damp settings and stylish. After the original bulbs burned out, we have been able to find any working replacement bulbs. We have tried 10+ different brands. Do not buy!

Comments about Alluria Vanity Light

As other people have mentioned - after a year and 6 months of being installed the right globe bulb burnt out. When I replace it with a new bulb it lasts a few hours and burns through the contact. There is an obvious shorting problem. Not only is this dangerous it is an obvious defect. My order # L1932495. I asked Lumens via their live chat to correct this obviously defective light and they directed me to call the manufacturers technical support and fix it myself. Shame on you Lumens for selling an obviously known defective fixture and for doing nothing to correct it.

Thank you for your feedback. We will partner with the manufacturer to help improve the quality of the Alluria Vanity Light.

Gold portion is cheap paint and looks tacky. Light bulbs don't make proper contact so out of 6 lights only 2 work consistently.
