The Tauranga Pendant from Uttermost domes outward into a wide, rounded shade that tapers slightly at the base, with a woven texture rising in tightly wrapped layers from bottom to top. Iron and seagrass come together in its construction, with a metal frame supporting the handwoven shade and brass fittings connecting it to the chain above. Its oversized, rustic silhouette makes it a fitting fixture above a dining table or kitchen island, where its generous scale can be fully appreciated from below.

Uttermost

The Uttermost venture started in 1975 when Bob and Belle Cooper opened shop in Rocky Mountain, Virginia, largely as a manufacturer of mirrors. Still family owned, Uttermost has expanded to include many more lighting fixtures in their line and has a branch in Riverside, California as well as a strong working relationship with their employees in Guanxi, China.
