The Susel Table Lamp from Currey & Company demonstrates extraordinary rattan artistry through its modernized ginger jar profile. Artisans meticulously wrap skinned rattan strips to achieve perfectly uniform linear patterns. The natural material brings organic warmth to the desk lamp’s contemporary form. A textured linen shade complements the base's craftsmanship, while metallic hardware adds refined accents. This bohemian design showcases the possibilities of traditional materials in modern contexts. Each lamp reflects the unique characteristics of handwoven rattan construction.
