No reverse on remote

I purchased three of these fans, had them installed, and later realized the remotes do not have a reverse blade direction function despite being a feature in the fan description. Customer service checked with Fanimation, then basically informed me too bad, I'm stuck with them, and offered no solution. Standing on top of a ladder to reverse blade direction, which is under the fan canopy, is not an option for me. Very disappointed in Lumens.

Comments about Spitfire Ceiling Fan

This fan is great quality. The wooden blades are a beautiful color and the fan operates silently. We use it year round and have had no issues at all. We wanted the blades to coordinate with our raw beams and it does so.

Comments about Spitfire Ceiling Fan

I ordered this fan for my clients master bedroom, I really like the look of the blades however the motor and the blades were delivered with about 4 days of difference and the motor came in a rough box a little broken, I'm waiting for the electricians to install it to make sure is all good.

Fanimation Fans

Tom Frampton began his ceiling fan career in 1973, working under Burton A. Burton of Casablanca Fans. In 1984, Frampton started his own ceiling fan company, Fanimation, working out of his garage in Pasadena until demand for his product outgrew the space. He moved the company to Indiana in 1994, took on some more workers and hit the ground running with his culturally inspired ceiling fan designs. The company is now run by his son, Nathan Frampton.
