Decent looking semi-flush lamp. Really difficult to install

The fixture itself after installation looks good. The issue is the very poor installation instructions accompanies the lamp. The parts map is poor, and it's much more complicated than the written instructions provided. Consider a good youtube video or a completely revamped set of written instructions with a good parts display.
