- Machine wash the Napkings using a delicate, max 30ºC program. Use a mild detergent, and do not use softeners or bleach. Select low spin speed. Do not leave the wet placemat in the washer, as colors may run or stain. Tumble dry at low temperature. Avoid drying in the sun. We recommend regular vacuum cleaning using a low-power suction mode and a high-pile setting. If you find any long or loose yarns, cut these using a pair of scissors. Do not pull the yarns.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
