It is made entirely out of lightweight yet strong Hand-Crafted Aluminum, with a deep Graphite finish to both accentuate the crisp edges and give the overall piece an almost brutalist look and feel. The extension at the center of the fixture houses and protects an energy efficient LED, and directs its light up and down, both contained inside the metal box that surrounds it and reflected outward in a soft wash of ambience.
