- Wipe with a dry soft cloth, very soft natural brush, or feather duster. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive fabrics. Wipe crystal surfaces with damp cloth to clean. Apply a simple glass cleaner directly to a soft, lint-free cloth as needed. Do not spray cleaner directly on the crystal. Avoid getting chemicals on surrounding materials. Avoid placing in direct sunlight to avoid a yellowing of the crystal as well as potential fire hazards.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
