MonoRail Rigid Standoff

Expensive, but does the job. Check your length!
It's crazy expensive for what it is, but you need some and it does the job well. I actually use the rigid ones upside-down, to support a rail above some exposed beams. This probably wouldn't work if the supports got much longer, but up to about 4" I haven't had any isues. Make sure to check the lengths in the spec sheet. The marketing "2 inch" is a little less, while marketing "3 inch" is actually 3.5, etc.
Elegant bracket to support the monorail
Tech Lighting's brackets are well engineered and graceful. I've used this system many times over the years. The system is parts intensive, so get an electrician that is patient and dexterous. When connecting monorail directly to a surface mounted transformer canopy, you MUST match the length of the stand-off bracket to the canopy. Have Lumens confirm the size to avoid errors. For extremely high ceilings they offer longer stand-off brackets; pricey but needed to bring the lighting down to the right level. They also offer a flexible connector, so you don't need to worry about matching the length, but it has a different look.
Very high quality!
I have used the off brand of this product but nothing compares to the quality of Tech lighting. Always was the leader in monorail and will always remain.
