i have replaced this bulb twice because it stops charging and just blinks on and off. Cant get customer service to tell me what to do to fix it

I ordered this rechargeable light bulb a month ago and it was supposed to ship out within a few days a month laterz I still don't have the item despite multiple calls to Lumens and then eventually I asked that they just refund my money. I was told the refund was processed yet I got an email hearsay saying the light bulb has now shipped out a month later… worst customer service and experience ever.
