The simplest of shapes often make for the slickest of designs. With the Quarter 3-Light LED Flushmount from Fabbian, Italian architect David Pellegrini and designer Francesca Mengato of Pellegrini + Mengato Design, have given each shape on the piece the care and attention they deserve. Its aluminum structure is highlighted by its square plated design, which is lifted off the ceiling to allow cast shadows to contour its shape. Polycarbonate cubes over the aluminum plate, creating an elegant abstract drawing of shape and light.

The Quarter 3 is a solidly built and well-designed flush mount light - with emphasis on flush mount. It really only protrudes an inch or so from the surface you mount it on. Because of this I immediately bought a Quarter 1 for a spot where I have mounted an airplane propeller - the prop can now spin freely right over the fixture. Back to Q3 - nice light. Very linear and clean. The face attaches to the mounting body with rare-earth magnets, which is super slick and very secure.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
