Each piece is made from 18/10 stainless steel with an aluminum and steel radiating base. All handles are stainless steel. The pots are suitable for induction heating, gas rings,electric plates, ceramic hobs and oven use. All Pots and Pans are dishwaher safe. Please note, the lids are sold seperately. The Pots & Pans Lids feature a Mirror Polished finish.
