We really like our new pendants but, at this price point, are really disappointed in the supplied screws that hold the glass diffuser in place. They don't set flat against the diffuser and, as a result, have a very unfinished look. Instructions said there were plastic washers enclosed to use with the provided screws but they were not included. Not sure they would have helped the visual anyway. I reached out twice to Robert Abbey and they have not responded. Lumens told me I should look at my local hardware for something that might work better! Not acceptable for a $1,000+ light pendant in our opinion.

The fixture overall is as beautiful in person as it looks online. The one disappointment is the way the opaque glass lens under the fixture that shades the lamps is constructed/designed to be attached. The 3 holes in the glass where the screws provided to attach the lens to the inner shade do not line up, so one screw cannot be inserted. And the other 2 screws do not fit well so the screws can't be driven all the way in and sit proud of the lens, which looks bad. For what this fixture costs, it's a really annoying and disappointing design flaw. Even without the poor fit, the 3 flathead slotted screws are cheap looking. Of course, one looks right at this ugly detail every time seated at table under this light fixture.
