Key Features

Made in Netherlands
The Paperback Wall System from Pastoe stacks a dense row of thin shelves into one vertical unit, each shelf thin enough to read more like a line than a full shelf. Studio Parade built the design around that effect, treating the whole unit as a graphic wall piece and not simply a bookshelf. Thirteen shelves slot into a mounted back panel, a few finished with a small tab edge that holds larger items steady. The panel is cut from MDF, the shelves from a hard-wearing laminate.

Pastoe

Since 1913, Pastoe has shaped the landscape of Dutch furniture design through a philosophy rooted in clarity, craftsmanship, and enduring functionality. Founded in Utrecht as a small furniture workshop, the company evolved into one of the Netherlands' most influential design houses, creating timeless pieces that balance minimalist aesthetics with everyday practicality. For more than a century, Pastoe has collaborated with some of the country's most celebrated designers, building a collection that continues to define the legacy of modern Dutch design.
