It was an UNLISTED open box and came dirty. I notified Lumens and NO ONE got back to me. I have literally bought over 100K worth of light fixtures via clients and I am upset about the poor customer service. I don't know if it works yet because it hasn't been installed and Lumens hasn't gotten back to me in over two weeks.

I leave this light on all day/night. It's the perfect hue that isn't too bright and highlights any pretty backsplash that you have as ours goes to the ceiling. This is probably my favorite kitchen light that I bought bc it is so simple and perfect
