Comments about Battery LED Table Lamp
Though beautiful, I've now had 4 of these lamps (2 small, 2 large) fail to work either out of the box or shortly thereafter. Troubleshooting instructions or reasonable path to repair don't exist. How did I end up with 4? One arrived dead, free replacement. One arrived and worked so I added a mate for a pair- this last one arrived and will only light up while plugged in- meaning it doesn't hold a charge and neither will it's mate who isn't even a year old. I've truly never been so frustrated by a product.

Small yet stunning addition to room
My goodness is this little light beautiful! The size is correctly stated on Lumens site, and the quality is a work of art. It is meant to add a unique mood to a table, and the crystal like illumination is just perfect for creating a starry nite! Pricey yes, but Kartell always provides uniqueness and beauty.

Poor lighting
Is smaller than it looks in the pics. I bought the translucent one and didn't like the glare of the light that you get out of the fixture.
Kartell
Based in Milan, Italy, Kartell was founded in 1949 by chemical engineer Giulio Castelli and his wife, architect Anna Castelli. Originally a producer of car accessories, it was Kartell's experimentation in plastics for the home that made them famous. Stylish home accessories and lighting dominated the 1950s, with the first injection-molded furniture emerging in the 1960s. Since then, the Kartell modern furniture line has only continued to grow, including contemporary chairs, tables, sofas and more--all made out of durable, lightweight and surprisingly comfortable plastic.
